It was easy to order
It was easy to order and good payment options. What brings the rating down a bit is the long delivery time, but there was clear information about where the goods were and it was well packaged when I received it (I had ordered fragile goods).

My Denver turntable
My Denver turntable arrived after eight days, a bit late, but worked fine - but a bit wobbly! On looking underneath one leg was missing. There was no mark where it should have been so it was overlooked on assembly.

Everything was delivered
Everything was delivered and the time slots were accurately followed. I would say that it took a bit of time to get the item I no longer wanted (due to it not fitting) to get collected, with a £50 collection fee wasn't ideal. Fingers crossed for the fourth attempt.
