Reasonably priced and did what it said
The item was reasonably priced compared with competitors in Ireland. I bought the item and was happy with it when it came. The shipping took a bit longer than Amazon and I am gonna have to buy a EU to UK plug adapter to plug it into my sockets. I should’ve read the product details more closely.

Well my order got mixed up
Well my order got mixed up and once they found out I was offered a full refund. Which I thought was great because I didn't have to go through a whole process of telling my bank to cancel or retrieve the payment.

It was easy to order
It was easy to order and good payment options. What brings the rating down a bit is the long delivery time, but there was clear information about where the goods were and it was well packaged when I received it (I had ordered fragile goods).

Great company with super products at great prices. Customer services very good, I had a little problem with an order but the customer service team done a great job in sorting it out. Will be buying more from them in the future.

Item arrived a bit later than I expected but was delighted with the product exactly as described well impressed
