Good but delivery could be better managed
Ordered a couple of computer components - happy with the product and communication. Hadn't realised that the items would take a couple of weeks to come through - took around 5 days longer than originally advised and the tracking for the parcel wasn't accurate. All in all I would order from them again, but I do think that tracking and delivery could be a lot better.

I am giving this company five stars…
I am giving this company five stars because my order for Longchamp glasses was handled so professionally. UPS messed up big time but ewooow followed up several times to make sure I was happy in the end. I would recommend them, although I suggested not using UPS for northwest London deliveries.

Genuine product but delivery was long and expensive
The product was good as expected and well packed but the delivery time was very long, far longer than the advertised delivery time especially considering the £15 delivery cost.
