Packaging of products wasn’t great and delivery price was quite expensive - considering it also took almost 2 weeks from order to receive the products.

My package came on time and it was easy to ask for help on my package but I would have liked it if I got a notification when my package arrived.

It is received on time 8 days in United Kingdom. They are trustworthy and timely delivery of my order that weighed 40kg.

I read so many negative reviews of this company and I started to believe that I may well be adding one of those reviews myself but on the contrary. I did have a few little worries as the tracking was not added from the point of dispatching my goods but once I had that tracking number, it was so simple to follow my item’s every move. I received my item in perfect condition and found it to work and look exactly as a £800 hi-fi system should do. I have also never known ANY company that replies back as quickly as ewooow does and at any time of the day or night.
