The RUKO drill bit is made of high-speed steel (HSS), a material that offers high wear and break resistance, ideal for standard drilling tasks in common materials. Its helical design ensures efficient chip removal, while the Morse taper guarantees a robust and precise fit in the chuck. It measures 175 mm in total length with a diameter of 29.5 mm, suitable for medium to large-sized holes. The cutting angle is 118º, optimized for effective penetration in various materials, and the spiral angle between 20º and 30º contributes to stable performance during drilling. The h8 diameter tolerance ensures high precision, while the bright surface reduces friction wear and extends the drill bit’s lifespan. The cutting direction is right-handed, compatible with most conventional drills. This drill bit is especially recommended for drilling alloyed and non-alloyed steel and cast steel with strengths up to approximately 900 N/mm², as well as gray, malleable, and nodular cast iron, sintered iron, alpaca, graphite castings, and a wide range of alloys such as aluminum, bronze, and brass.
