The ticket printer Premier ITP-83 B is a compact, reliable POS solution designed for fast receipt printing in retail, hospitality and high‑traffic points of sale. It uses direct thermal printing technology, eliminating ink or toner and reducing maintenance, working with 80 mm thermal paper and a maximum print width of 7.2 cm. It stands out for its high printing speed of 260 mm/s, ideal for speeding up checkout lines, and a resolution of 576 dots/line that ensures readable text and clear logos, with character size 1.5 x 3 mm, line spacing of 3.75 mm and multiple character sets PC347, PC850, PC852, PC858, PC860, PC863, PC865 and PT151 to suit different software environments. It includes an automatic cutter (partial cut) for clean ticket presentation and a print head life of 100 km, suitable for intensive use. For connectivity, it offers USB 2.0, serial port and Ethernet LAN, with fully wired technology, making integration easy with most POS systems, and is compatible with Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux and Mac OS, providing versatility in different IT environments. Its black design with durable plastic housing measures 140 x 183.3 x 141.5 mm and weighs about 1 kg, taking up little counter space and allowing easy installation next to the till.
