The motherboard Asus PRIME B660-PLUS D4 is an ATX solution designed for desktop PCs with latest-generation Intel processors, based on the Intel B660 chipset and LGA1700 socket, compatible with Intel® Celeron®, Pentium® Gold and Intel® Core™ i3, i5, i7 and i9. It includes 4 DDR4-SDRAM DIMM slots supporting up to 128 GB of memory, providing a solid base for high-performance setups for productivity, gaming or professional use. For storage, it offers great versatility with 3 M.2 slots and SATA III ports (4 SATA3 as per the spec sheet), supporting both HDD and SSD drives and interfaces M.2, PCI Express 4.0 and SATA, making it easy to combine fast NVMe SSDs with traditional mass storage. Expansion connectivity is provided by PCI Express slots for a graphics card and other devices, while on the video side it offers HDMI 2.1 outputs, DisplayPort and VGA Sub-D, allowing you to use the integrated graphics of compatible Intel processors for flexible multi-monitor configurations. For networking, it integrates 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet LAN via an RJ45 connector, delivering fast, stable wired connections for online gaming, file transfers and networked work. For external ports, the board includes multiple USB 3.2 and USB 2.0 connectors, as well as a USB-C 3.2, combining USB Type-A and Type-C ports for modern peripherals and external storage devices, plus internal headers to increase front-panel connections on the case. It also features analog audio outputs (3.5 mm jack) and 7.1 sound support for multichannel speaker systems, along with a modern UEFI that simplifies BIOS setup, memory tuning and boot device control.
