GOODS FOR ALL OF EUROPE WILL DEPART FROM OUR INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CENTER LOCATED IN SPAIN.
You will receive an email containing the shipping code to be able to check the movements of your package during its journey.
VOLUMINOUS OR HEAVY GOODS:
For particularly bulky goods or heavy non-standard shipping, it may be necessary after the order, an additional contribution of costs requested by the courier, which the automatic system cannot calculate. In this case you will be promptly notified by e-mail of this additional cost and you will be able to make the supplementary payment confirming the order as final. If you do not want to proceed with the integration of the additional shipping cost, just give us immediate notice by canceling the order and you will be promptly refunded the full amount you have already paid.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING GOODS:
All our items are invited with the packaging in perfect condition.
If in the delivery there have been external damage or some anomaly in the packaging, the recipient must note on the delivery note or proof of delivery the words "PACKAGING IN BAD CONDITION". This is essential because the transport agency accepts the complaint.
If necessary, an after-sales claim must be opened within 5 days of delivery. After this deadline it will no longer be possible to accept the dispute.
